Terms and Conditions
Promotion: £250 Snap-on® Tools Voucher

1. Sponsor 

This promotion is organised and administered by Snap-on® Diagnostics and Garage Equipment Group, trading as part of Snap-on UK Holdings Ltd. (“Snap-on”), and Snap-on’s subsidiaries and affiliates, Telford Way, Telford Way Industrial Estate, Kettering, Northamptonshire, NN16 8SN (“Sponsor”). 

2. Promotion Overview 

Customers who purchase qualifying Snap-on® Garage Equipment products at the advertised promotional price in the November 2025 Promotions Flyer between 1st November 2025 and 31st December 2025 will receive a £250 Snap-on® Tools Voucher. 

  • Voucher Redemption: Redeemable only through the customer’s authorised local Snap-on® Franchisee. 
  • Voucher Validity: The valid timeframe will be defined on the voucher itself. 
  • Voucher Limit: One voucher per qualifying purchase. 

3. Eligibility 

The promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over at the date of purchase. Employees, officers, and directors of Snap-on UK Holdings Ltd, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, independent representatives, franchisees, advertising, or public relations agencies, and members of their immediate family or household are not eligible. 

The sale must be administered directly through Snap-on Diagnostics and Garage Equipment Group, trading as part of Snap-on UK Holdings Ltd, and not via any third-party distributor or reseller. A correct email address must be provided at the point of purchase. If an invalid or incorrect email is supplied, voucher eligibility will be voided. 

Proof of purchase (invoice) must clearly show: 

  • Qualifying SKU 
  • Purchase date within the promotion window 
  • Customer name and email address 

4. Qualifying Products 

Only the following SUN® Garage Equipment products qualify for the promotion: 

  • EELR147AB: SUN® SVL43 HBL – 4-Tonne 2-Post Clear Floor Lift 
  • EELS735A: SUN® MBL-1200 – Battery Lift 
  • EEKT112A06: SUN® STC5545 & SWB340L – Tyre Changer and Wheel Balancer Package

  • EEAC124D: SUN® KoolKare Dual Gas 12 – Air Conditioning System 
  • EEAC135A: SUN® Blizzard QTech IV R134A – Air Conditioning System 
  • EEAC136A: SUN® Blizzard QTech IV R1234YF – Air Conditioning System 

5. Voucher Issue and Redemption 

Eligible customers will receive their voucher electronically via email within 60 days of the invoice. Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Vouchers can only be redeemed through an authorised Snap-on® Franchisee and must be redeemed before the expiry date stated on the voucher. Vouchers are redeemable only against new purchases made with an authorised Snap-on® Franchisee and cannot be applied to settle existing account balances. 

Vouchers are valid only for new purchases made with an authorised Snap-on® Franchisee and cannot be used towards finance agreements, the purchase of additional Snap-on® Garage Equipment, or to settle existing account balances. 

6. Limitations of Liability 

Snap-on and its affiliates (“Releasees”) are not responsible for lost, late, illegible, misdirected, or non-delivered communications; network failures; technical malfunctions; or incorrect information. 

Snap-on reserves the right to disqualify participants acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions, or using automated, fraudulent, or deceptive methods. 

Snap-on may withdraw, suspend, or amend the promotion if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable. 

7. Privacy 

Information collected will only be used to verify eligibility and issue vouchers electronically. 

Customer data will be stored and processed by Snap-on UK Holdings Ltd. and its affiliates, including Snap-on Incorporated (USA), in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Information will not be sold to third parties.

8. Returns and Cancellations 

If a qualifying purchase is fully returned or credited, the voucher will be immediately voided. 

For partial returns that bring the total order below the qualifying threshold, the voucher will be voided unless otherwise permitted by Snap-on. 

Snap-on reserves the right to recover the value of any voucher redeemed against an order that is subsequently cancelled or refunded. 

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law 

Any disputes arising from or in connection with this promotion will be resolved individually and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. 

Participants waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, except for actual out-of-pocket costs.
